Actress Jessica Chastain has revealed Taylor Swift made her a personalised playlist when she was going through a breakup.
The 46-year-old, who starred in Interstellar and It Chapter Two, appeared on Jimmy Fallon this week and shared the incredible story.

Taylor Swift made Jessica Chastain a playlist
Around half way through the interview, Fallon pulled out a photo of the actress backstage with Taylor Swift which she had posted on Instagram.
They discussed how she recently went to her gig in Mexico City as her assistant Ali is obsessed with Lavender Haze singer.
“I met Taylor. She’s actually really sweet,” Chastain said before explaining that it wasn’t actually the first time they’d met.
The pair were seated next to each other at the Met Gala in 2011 and the actress was telling Taylor that she’d just been through a breakup.
“We went and danced together, it was such a fun night. And then the next day I had an email from iTunes that said Taylor Swift,” she recalled.
“She had made me a breakup playlist that she sent me. Isn’t that the sweetest thing?” Chastain continued.
“I thought it was like a Taylor Swift advertisement,” she said. “And she curated all these breakup songs to get me to help me get through my breakup.”
She once did the same for a heartbroken fan
In 2015, Taylor did the same thing for a heartbroken fan called Kasey Andrew who asked the star for advice following an emotional split.
“I hope you see this but we’ve been together for 4 months, he just texted me and told me he was done with me,” she wrote on Tumblr.
“Gave me no reason and kept trying to get me to do irrational things to get him back. Now he’s calling me names and I just feel crumbled. I don’t know what to do.”
Taylor replied just like a friend would, writing: “He just ended it, just like that? Oh my God, I come to terms with speaking of someone in past tense when you used to see them as your present and your future.”
“Heartbreak is awful enough. The fact that you have to endure this kind of emotional abuse is so wrong. I know it’s hard but I think it’s time to utilize the ‘block’ feature on your phone,” she continued.
The singer gave the fan loads more advice and even made her a “breakup/moving on” playlist to help the teen get through the heartbreak.
Some of the songs on it were Stay away by Charli XCX’s, Not Around by Montgomery and Wings by HAERTS.
