Shane Dawson and husband Ryland Adams announced they’re expecting twin boys via surrogate, and unlike some celebs and influencers who prefer to keep names on the down low, the couple has already revealed what they plan to name their sons.
The exciting news was announced via a YouTube video on Ryland’s vlog channel this week, which has already amassed over half a million views and 37K likes. Fans rushed to the comments to congratulate the pair as they embark on their exciting new journey.

Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams took to YouTube to reveal they were expecting twin boys, via surrogate, six months after their wedding.
In the 17-minute-long vlog, the influencers documented their pregnancy journey so far, as they traveled to Seattle, Washington, where they attended their surrogate’s six-week scan.
Ahead of the trip, Shane called it the ‘craziest experience’ of his whole life.
Although the couple are still “early in their pregnancy” they announced that everything was on track.
Fans who have been following the couple together and individually for years rushed to the comments to congratulate the pair as one wrote:
“Congratulations Ryland and Shane. As someone who’s been virtually raised by Shane, I can’t wait for him to be a father!! 🥹”

Towards the end of the video, the couple announced they were having twins as they proudly show the vlog their scan photos.
Although many celebrities like to keep the names of their unborn children private, Shane and Ryland Adams shared that they’d be naming their sons Jet Adams Yaw and Max Adams Yaw.
The couple also announced the due date of the twins, which will be January 4, 2024. They also informed fans that they were 14 weeks along, at the time of posting.
The couple’s relationship timeline
Shane and Ryland met in 2016, on a popular dating app, and went Instagram official in June of that year, although, they didn’t actually confirm they were dating until October when Shane shared a selfie of the two captioned:
“As you guys know I’ve been pretty private about my personal life for the last couple years. But I also feel like I’ve been hiding such a huge part of my life recently and I don’t want to do that anymore.”
A couple of pets later and Dawson popped the question to his fiance on their third anniversary, in March 2019 before getting wed in Colorado in January 2023.
