And on Sunday Nikki Phillips posted a particularly a picture with lots of her skin on show to the social networking site on Sunday. 

The 28-year-old Myer model got a little cheeky as she lounged by the pool, showing off her slim frame by posing topless but with her back to the camera.

The blonde beauty posed in nothing else but a pair of high-waist denim shorts by Neuw denim, tipping her wide brim felt hat by Sarah Curtis with her right hand.

In the caption of the snap, the New Zealand-born beauty wrote: 'Oh that Sunday feeling,' with a smiling emoji and the hashtags 'Sun's out, gun's out.' 

You couldn't blame Nikki for wanting to indulge in some down time, as she's had her schedule rather full over the last few weeks with Championships Day 2 and the launch of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia.

Attending Longines Queen Elizabeth Stakes Day at Sydney's Royal Randwick Racecourse on Saturday, the leggy blonde channelled Spanish flare in a red dress and coordinated headband. 

Sharing a snap to Instagram during the day, the she wasn't afraid to poke a little fun at herself, saying her ensemble was 'inspired' by the Flamenco-dancing emoji.

Late last month, the blonde beauty shared a short clip to Instagram detailing her intense workout as she went through the routine herself to burn off any Easter indulgences.

The model showed off her toned body and washboard abs wearing a white crop top with mesh paneling and black tights. 

Nikki wrote in the caption of the video: 'Decided to share with you guys the grueling full body circuit training I did to burn off the Easter indulging that went down over the long weekend.'

She added: 'PT [personal trainer] Laura kicked my butt.' 

But it doesn't mean the model doesn't restrict herself completely, telling Popsugar in 2014 that she's a 'chocoholic'.
