Arnold Schwarzenegger’s rarely-seen son Christopher, who prefers to stay out of the limelight, has recently undergone a weight loss transformation.

The Hollywood star’s son, aged 23, tries to avoid the paps with his private life but was recently snapped looking trim and slimmer than previous outings. Schwarzenegger’s young son was spotted out in Beverly Hills, showing off his slimmed-down frame.

Christopher’s weight loss journey began a number of years ago. In recent photos, it’s clear that’s kept up the regime to stay fit. He was first seen back in 2020 after shedding some of the pounds after working hard on his health.

His hair has also had a new look as well, with a few inches chopped off and the movie star’s son now sporting a short beard.

Christopher, son of movie icon Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, likes to keep it on the down-low much like his sister Christina. Compared to older siblings Katherine and Patrick, they both avoid the spotlight.

Katherine is enjoying married life to Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt, after they tied the knot in 2019. It was a couple of years later when they welcomed their first child together. Chris, who was previously married to Scary Movie’s Anna Faris, is dad to Jack, aged 10. He shares Lyla Maria and Eloise Christina with Katherine.

Arnie’s son Patrick followed in his footsteps on the cinema side. He’s starred in a number of big hits from The Benchwarmers, and The Staircase to The Terminal List and Midnight Sun.

Arnold’s son Joseph Baena, who came out into the light following the Terminator’s affair with the family housekeeper, is also carving out his own path. He is dubbed Arnie’s lookalike after countless hours in the gym sculpting his bodybuilder muscles.

‘He had a goal to get healthy’

A source told Hollywood Life that Christopher jumped on a health kick for his graduation from the University of Michigan. After changing parts of his lifestyle, he “stuck to it”, says the source.

The impact of living away from home, like most college kids, effected his food choices, the insider said.

However, when he chose to get into better shape, he cut out junk food and worked hard in the gym, the source added.
