Mark went to Bishop Wordsworth's School in Salisbury. After graduating high school, he joined Exeter College, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in mathematics. Later, he earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in secondary education from the University of Exeter.
Eventually, he joined the University of South Wales, formerly the University of Glamorgan, where he obtained qualifications for the Common Professional Examination (CPE) and Legal Practice Course (LPC).
Career
