Mark went to Bishop Wordsworth's School in Salisbury. After graduating high school, he joined Exeter College, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in mathematics. Later, he earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in secondary education from the University of Exeter.
